What data Banyane processes, in each of its trades, why, for how long, with whom, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller
The company publishing Banyane ([to be completed]) is responsible for the processing described here, for the whole Banyane service, across all its trades. For any question: contact@banyane.com.
This processing complies with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data. Declaration with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP): [to be completed].
Our principles
- We publish companies, not people: listings contain business information only.
- We only pass on to answer: your details only go to the professionals concerned by your request.
- No advertising, no selling: your data is never sold, rented or used for targeted advertising.
- Only what is needed: each form only asks for what is required to handle your request.
Data collected

Companies presented: we may hold names and details of business contacts. They are not published and are only used to contact the company about its listing.
Legal basis
Each form collects your explicit consent (checkbox) before sending. Processing needed for a request is used to answer it; audience measurement is only enabled with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

These providers are located outside Algeria. The data entrusted to them is limited to what is strictly necessary and encrypted in transit.
Retention

Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), data access restricted to the team members who need it, protection against automated form submissions, contact details never shown on Banyane without the company's consent.
Your rights
Under Law No. 18-07, you have the right to information, access, rectification, objection and deletion of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@banyane.com or use the contact page with the subject “Personal data”. We reply as soon as possible and within the time limit set by law.
You may also contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
Changes
This policy evolves with Banyane and its services. The version in force is the one published here, with its update date.
